Sit and chat with friends on the wooden decking, surrounded by the sea, or bathe in the heated Japanese pool below a cloudless sky. After bathing and taking a sauna, you can sit beside the fire in the lounge and enjoy a smoothie or a cup of coffee.
Båstad GK Old CourseThe Old Course is designed by Hawtree & Taylor and was inaugurated in 1930, at that time as the second 18 hole course in Sweden. The course has many bunkers, ondulating greens and very few water hazards. It is a parkland course which is highly respected of both members and guests. The setting of the course offers very nice views of the Bjäre peninsula and the finish is offen more than you can wish for.
Båstad NewThe New Course is designed by Tommy Nordström and was inaugurated 1990. It is a park/heatland course with very special character. The course has fast elevated and ondulated greens and beautiful fairways runing through a quite open landscape. With well bunkered green areas and well placed water hazards the cleaner and tactical player will be rewarded. The New Course has been host for both national and international championships. The course has 6 different tees, from tee 61 to tee 43.
Torekov GKAt the end of the Bjäre Peninsula, overlooking Hallands Väderö-where the waves from the Kattegat meets the Scandinavian coast, is Torekovs Golf Course. The course has a classic Links founded in 1924, with nine hole, it took almost 50 years before Torekov, in 1974, got 18 holes. The hazards on the course are not just pretty, they are also strategically located, making the player think carefully about which club to choose. Torekovs golf course may not be one of the longer courses in the country, but in the prevailing wind it is a tough test and offers a fantastic experience.
