Barsebäcks G & CC Master CourseThe first nine holes at Barsebäck Golf & Country Club were completed in 1969. The second nine followed the year after. The course was named the Old Course. In 1992 Barsebäck Golf & Country Club hosted the Scandinavian Masters for the first time. A unique course was created especially for this, mainly from the Old Course together with parts of the New Course. This arrangement proved so popular, a further 12 European tour events and the 2003 Solheim Cup have been held on the course since then. In 2003 the "competition course" became a permanent fixture named the Masters Course. The course is a delightful mix of wooded holes ringed with wind sculpted pines, open fairway holes and beautiful links holes overlooking Öresund. All with fantastic Penn A4 greens.
Barsebäcks G&CC Donald SteelThe Donald Steel Course was officially opened in 1989, under its then name the New Course. The course was designed by the renowned course architect Donald Steel, hence the name. It is a fascinating course to play with both tightly wooded holes with tough water obstacles to holes with very open fairways. Like the Masters Course, the greens were relaid with Penn A4 in 2007, as part of efforts to further enhance the already high quality of the course. The impressive golf holes are lined with pinewood forest, side by side with parkland holes and appealing water hazards. On a clear day the seaside holes offer a view of Copenhagen.
